Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Pakistan Chief Dr Farooq Sattar has asserted on Sunday that National Action Plan (NAP) has not been completely implemented and the federation and the provinces were responsible in this regard.
Addressing the media here on Sunday, Dr Sattar said that local bodies should also have been included in NAP but provincial governments committed grave mistakes. Earlier, Dr Sattar alleged the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) of restricting its anti-corruption movement to dining room and not taking practical steps to curb widespread corruption in institutions.
It was then as well that Dr Sattar criticised the provincial governments and the federation over alleged failure of National Action Plan.
