Some unknown assailants shot dead a youth and injured two others within jurisdiction of Chakiwara police station here on Saturday.
According to the police, Abdul Kareem, 28, son of Rafiq, was killed and Najamuddin, 36, son of Shamsuddin and Waheed, 20, son of Waheed Murad, were injured when unknown accused opened fire at them at Meeranj Naka near Fire Brigade, Lyari.
The body and injured were shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi (CHK).
