Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister (CM) Hafeez-ur-Rehman on Sunday said that the government was focusing on mega development projects to provide maximum benefits to the people.

Talking to media, Hafeez-ur-Rehman said that government would start work on Gilgit Ghizer road project on expressway pattern to facilitate people and promote tourism. He further said an amount of over Rs 1.2 billion would be spent on the project.

The CM said that the government was working on capacity building of various government departments aimed at to utilize development funds properly and avoid laps.
