Former Provincial Minister of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf, Zia Ullah Afridi Saturday alleged that Chief Minister Pervaiz Khattak was misusing Ehtesab Commission to victimise his opponents.

Addressing media persons at Peshawar Press Club, he said that Ehtesab Commission was being used by KP CM to pursue his own interests and arrest opponents.

He claimed former director general of the commission at the time then made it clear that proofs against Pervaiz Khaatk had been received but before any inquiry or actions the Ehtisab Act was amended.

He said that Imran Khan raised the slogan of change but he should save his credibility by making a choice between Pervaiz Khattak and party.

Zia Ullah said that polices of Pervaiz Khattak had besmirched the image of PTI, alleging his aide Jamshaid-ud-din Kakakhel was involved in illegal mining.

He also alleged that false witnesses were produced in the court and special investigators were recruited against him.

Former minister said that he is still in PTI, adding, decision to change political affiliations and join another political party had not been made.
