The Sukkur Education Festival would be organised here at Pir Illahi Bux Tower, Eid Gah Road on December 18, Association of Private Institutions (AOPI) (Education) President Bashir Ahmed Channa said on Friday.
The activities have been divided into three major segments that included speeches contest, art and tableaus. Prizes would be given to winners. He expressed these views while presiding over a meeting to review the arrangements for the festival.
The meeting was attended by Chairman Sarfaraz Zaman Khan, Regional Director, Private Institution Association Rukhsana Shaheen Mangnejo, Joint Secretary, Ms Shabana Khaskheli, Iqtadar Ali Khan and others.
He said that more than 50 stalls would be established in the festival while for visitors’ amusement various kind of shows will be held, the food stalls and children fun activities would also be arranged as well.
He directed all the concerned office-bearers to leave no stone unturned for the successful holding of the festival. At the concluding session, talent awards will also be distributed among the position holders of the schools by the noted personalities, he said.
