Pakistan cricket team reached Brisbane from Cairns Sunday (today) where they will play with Australia in the first test match The Gabba starting December 15.
The first match will be a day-night encounter and the national team will have their first practice session tomorrow.
Pakistan team management remains hopeful leg-spinner Yasir Shah would make full recovery in time for the Test. According to reports, the spinner has started training with the rest of the team and looks set to play the Test coming the week.
Pakistan thrashed a modest Cricket Australia XI by 210 runs in Cairns on Saturday. The tourists declared their second innings at 216 for six and then polished off the CA XI for 109 off 27.3 overs to win early on the final day of their three-day day-night game ahead of the first Test against Australia in Brisbane.
According to reports, leg-spinner Yasir Shah has started training and is confident to play the first test match. It is pertinent to mention that Yasir was ruled out of the three-days warm up game after injuring his back in a practice session on Tuesday.
