Law Enforcement Agencies on Thursday arrested a top commander in the Lyari gang war, Abdul Razzaq Baloch alias Dada.
Law enforcement agencies report that they arrested him at his hiding place in Katchi Abadi near Karachi airport, following a tip-off.
The detained person is affiliated with the Baba Ladla group and had taken refuge in a Goth near the airport after the start of the security forces’ operation in Lyari. He was wanted by the police in over a dozen cases of murder, attempted murder, extortion, and kidnapping for ransom. The arrested suspect was shifted to an undisclosed location for investigations.
