The driver of a school van died while five school children received serious injuries in a road accident here on Friday.
Police said that a Karachi bound passenger coach hit a school van at Sajawal Road. The van driver died on the spot while five school children sustained serious wounds.
The body and injured were shifted to Civil Hospital Makli for medico-legal formalities.
The coach driver is still at large. The police impounded both vehicles and registered a case against the coach driver at large.
Further investigation is underway.
