District Nazim Chitral on Thursday announced three days of mourning over tragic plane crash near Havalian killing as many as 48 people. All the businesses and educational institutions remained closed on Thursday.
It is pertinent to mention here that PIA- ATR plane going to Islamabad from Chitral had crashed near Havalian on Wednesday.
It is said that 13 persons belonging to Chitral died in the crash.
