Pakistan is facing the worst cases of drug addiction today. More than 8.9 million are drug addicts. Majority of them are young boys and girls. Drugs like Heroin are now cheaper than food in Pakistan. This drug circulation is giving rise to addictive and twisted habits among children. For a country where almost 60% of the total population consists of youth, this situation is a big problem. If we want to create a country that’s on the road to progress, then we need to eliminate this hurdle getting into the path of development. Here are some tips to keep in mind:
1) Don’t be afraid to say no to anyone offering you drugs.
2) Speak out against the issue.
3) If you are already engaged in this activity, then get professional help.
So in this way, we can stand up for the prosperity of our youth. And our next generation will rise and shine.
