Pakistan Meteorological Department Friday said that mainly cold and dry weather is expected to continue in most parts of the country during the next 12 hours.
However, foggy conditions are likely to prevail over plain areas of Punjab during night and morning hours.
The temperature of some major cities recorded on Friday morning:
Islamabad 5 °C, Lahore 11 °C , Karachi 21 °C , Peshawar and Muzaffarabad 9 °C , Quetta 2 °C , Gilgit 1 °C and Murree 4 °C .
