SHC bench divides over removing Ayyan Ali’s name from ECL

The verdict of case regarding removing Ayyan Ali’s name from Exit Control List (ECL) has been sent to Sindh High Court (SHC) chief justice (CJ) over judges’ opposite notes.
The SHC heard the case against inclusion of the model Ayyan Ali name in the ECL. The verdict which was reserved found to be having opposite notes by the judges. One of the honorable judges approved the model’s petition while other honorable judge rejected the Ayyan Ali’ petition.
Having different notes by the judges in the verdict, the judgment has been now sent to SHC CJ. After receiving the verdict, the CJ will appoint referee judge for the verdict and the referee judge decision will be final in the case.
