The multi-talented star Mesha Shafi along with the pop rock duo ‘Strings’ featuring Bilal Maqsood and Faisal Kapadia, on Saturday, performed at the Indian Festival of Arts-Kalaa Utsavam at the Espalande ConcertHall located in Marina Bay.
The multi-faceted and award-winning actress and singer, Mesha Shafi has taken the Pakistani entertainment industry by storm.
Meesha has not just impressed Pakistanis but has also managed to woo fans globally.
Shafi was a vision in a black Ali Xeeshan ensemble with accessories by the famous Canadian designer Maison Marie Saint Pierre. The star took to Instagram to share her experience.

Meesha is among the select female singers in Pakistan’s music industry who have managed to make a mark and perform internationally across a number of cities including San Francisco, Chicago, New York, Washington and Boston.
A mother of two, Meesha has also worked on Manto’s critically-acclaimed soundtrack with Jamal Rahman and has acted in the Mira Nair’s The Reluctant Fundamentalist, Bollywood film Bhaag Milka Bhaag and Pakistani production Waar.
Moreover, Stings being one the most popular bands of Pakistan, known for their energetic live performances, exhilarating collaborations with renowned international artists, and poignant poetry (most of which are penned by Bilal’s father, Anwar Maqsood). Last here in Singapore at Kalaa Utsavam 2012, the pair returns this year with more of their impassioned display of guitar skills, rock tunes and compelling fusion folk melodies.
The evening not only saw them perform their hits but also showcased them as the executive producers of the extremely popular televised music programme, Coke Studio Pakistan.
