Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Co-Chairman Asif Ali Zardari on Friday held a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister (CM) Murad Ali Shah in Dubai.
During the meeting, they decided to challenge the Sindh High Court’s (SHC) recent order in the Supreme Court (SC).
The recent order of SHC declared Murtaza Wahab’s appointment as the CM’s adviser illegal.
For this purpose, a three-member legal committee has also been formed which include Farooq H Naik, Aitzaz Ahsan and Lateef Khosa.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab was also present at the meeting whose appointment as CM’s law adviser has been declared illegal by SHC.
A consultation was also made regarding appointments of advisors in Sindh.
