Pakistan says it is forcefully raising the Indian belligerence on the Line of Control (LoC) and gross human rights violations in occupied Kashmir with important countries.

At his weekly news briefing in Islamabad on Thursday, Foreign office Spokesperson Nafees Zakaria said that Pakistan is deeply concerned over the Indian atrocities in occupied Kashmir as well as its targeting of civilians on the LoC.

He said India is resorting to unprovoked firing on the LoC in order to hide its atrocities in occupied Kashmir which in fact has attracted the world attention. He said civil society organizations in different countries have chalked out events to sensitize the people about the human rights violations in occupied Kashmir.

He said over one hundred and fifty people have so far been martyred by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir. Over one thousand have also been blinded either partially or completely there.

Responding to a question, the spokesperson said Pakistan responds to the Indian firing but it remains endeavour of our troops not to target the civilians but only their posts.

To a question, he said the Indian agent Kulbushan Yadav has admitted the nefarious designs India harbours against Pakistan and China Pakistan Economic corridor project.
