Pakistan’s former prime minister died in London

Former caretaker prime minister of Pakistan Moeenuddin Ahmad Qureshi commonly known as Moeen Qureshi, 86 years old, has passed away in Washington, his family sources said.

He was suffering from lung infection, the family sources added.

Moeen Qureshi, was an economist and former civil servant, who served as caretaker prime minister of Pakistan from 18 July to 19 October 1993.

He received the Fulbright scholarship and went to the United States to attend the Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he gained PhD in Economics in 1955.

In 1955, he returned to Pakistan and joined the country’s civil service and initially posted at the Planning Commission. In 1956, he left Pakistan for United States to join the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

He also served as economic adviser to Ghana in 1960.

  1. This guy Moeen Qureshi on his last days gave loans to his brother and his brother defaulted on the loans. This pig crap was also not honest

  2. Now that he is dead, he will have to tell the lord why he gave loan to his brother knowing that his brother will not be able to pay it back. He will Aldo spend time with Johnny Holmes if you know what I mean!
