The Bloomberg has linked complete data of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) with the international channels, investors, brokers, banks and others here on Tuesday.
The equity investors of all over the world can easily monitor the data of PSX through this Bloomberg’s terminal. Earlier, the same data provider was giving few important things on it, but now the international equity investors can watch the running data, profile of the companies including shares’ value and its competitors etc.
This terminal was available in all over the world including India, China, United Kingdom (UK), USA and other developed countries.
This new platform for PSX’ data via Bloomberg to put itself on world’s radar and increase the interest of world’s securities markets for Pakistani companies.
Pakistan’s upgrade to Emerging Market Index by MSCI will be in May 2017, the fund managers, investment analysts, investor relations managers, sales persons, brokers and traders will get access to Pakistan’s Equity Data from their countries and markets all around the world via Bloomberg terminal.
Hopefully this augurs well for our equity market.
