Rangers kill two Lyari gangsters in shootout


At least two gangsters, affiliated with Uzair Baloch group, were killed in Musharraf Colony on Friday, Sindh Rangers informed.

According to a paramilitary spokesperson, “Two personnel sustained injuries in the shootout.”

“A huge cache of weapons was recovered from the suspects,” he added.

“One of the alleged accomplices managed to flee from the scene,” the spokesperson said.

Earlier, Sindh Rangers hunted down infamous gangster, Gulabo, whose real name is Ghulam Akbar, and his brother Ghulam Mustafa alias Bhola in the same area, within the jurisdiction of the Mauripur police station.

The two brothers were associated with the area’s gang leaders Baba Laadla and Ghaffar Zikri.

In Nazimabad, two dacoits were rounded up along with three other suspects.
