The bagging of most of the reserved seats by PML-N in the first phase of the local bodies election in Punjab is not only a moment of pride and happiness for the party leadership and its workers but it also brings to light the fact that despite many hurdles, the PML-N government is trying to win over the hearts of people through devolution of power for empowering the people at grass root level. Under the visionary leadership of Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif, there is no denying the fact that PML-N is endeavouring hard to make Pakistan a more peaceful and prosperous country. It is hoped that the PML-N would remain sincere in its efforts to make Pakistan a developed country and that day is not so far when Pakistan would start making progress by leaps and bounds.
