Tired of standing in the ATM queue for an extended period of time, a New Delhi woman waiting outside the Mayur Vihar took it of herself to protest the shortage of currency all over India.
Bystanders were stunned when the woman stripped off her shirt completely as she protested against the ban on Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes. However, women constables from Ghazipur Police Station soon reached the spot and covered her up before taking her away.
But the good news, it seems, is that the woman was eventually able to withdraw money from a nearby ATM with the help of the police.
