A special anti-terrorism court (ATC) will indict, recently arrested accused, Sufiyan Zafar in the Mumbai attacks case on Nov 25.

Judge of Special Anti Terrorism Court Justice Sohail Ikram heard the case. The prosecutor of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and the counsel of the accused appeared before the court.

FIA took stance before the court that the Sufiyan was charged with money transferring to Hammad Amir Sadiq, main character of Mumbai attack.

FIA told the court that the accused was underground for a long time.
