Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday heard a petition submitted by Pakistan People Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari for arrangements for his personal security.
A division bench of SHC headed by Chief Justice Sajjad Ali Shah heard the PPP chairman’s petition. In the petition, the Bilawal Bhutto said that he has been receiving threats to his life and his mother, Benazir Bhutto had already lost her life in a terrorism activity.
Sindh government has submitted its reply in the case and the provincial government said that “it is ready to give security while police have asked time in the providence of security.”
The court accepted the request of the police and adjourned the hearing till November 24.
