An court allowed Pakistan People’s Party leader Dr Asim Hussain to visit a hospital for hydro-therapy.
He will visit the Ziauddin Hospital, which he owns, for the therapy. The facility is not available in all hospitals of the city.
A petition in the court requested that Dr Asim be allowed to visit a hospital for hydro-therapy. Dr. Asim is currently under custody on a range of offences including corruption worth Rs.480 billion and terror facilitation case which allege that he provided medical treatment to terrorists at his private hospital.
Dr Asim, this month, suffered a paralytic attack after which a medical board asked him to completely avoid walking.
