Asifa Bhutto Zardari, daughter of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto visited the residence of late party leader Jehangir Badr on Tuesday and grieved the death of the senior party leader with his family members.
Talking with the family members, Asif Bhutto Zardari recounted the services rendered by Jehangir Badr and said he underwent torture and jail for several times but never left Benazir Bhutto. She said services of Jehangir Badr to the party were unforgettable.
She said Jehangir Badr served as President PPP Punjab, secretary general, and as federal minister to the best of his abilities for the party and the country.
Asifa Bhutto Zardari said she and the party want to work with the children of Jehangir Badr as the party needs committed workers and leaders as Jehangir Badr.
