The Rangers and police Tuesday conducted a joint operation and arrested seven suspects including Afghan nationals in Islamabad’s Tarnol area.
According to details, the LEAs searched 80 houses and weapons were recovered from their possession. An unregistered motorcycle and vehicle with suspicious registration documents were also impounded.
The police have registered cases against the nabbed suspects at the respective police station and an investigation was underway.
