The Sindh High Court (SHC) issued notices to the DG Rangers and others in the case of the recovery of 18 missing persons, on Monday.
The court after hearing the arguments of lawyers of the petitioners and the prosecutor issued notices to DG Rangers Sindh, the home secretary, IG Sindh and others.
The court directed all the concerned parties to file replies by December 15th and adjourned the hearing. The case has been ongoing for several months now.
