Malik Fayyaz assured the delegation that he would deploy the required manpower for the resolution of the problems at the earliest. He said that it was his priority to ensure cleanliness in the area where most of the markets, shopping centres and offices were located.
The chairman said that he would contact the chief engineer of Karachi Water and Sewerage Board for resolving the sewerage problems. He asked the traders to pay their local taxes regularly so that development works be carried out properly.
