Two Rangers’ personnel killed in accident on motorway

Two personnel of Rangers were killed and 12 others received injuries when their vehicle met an accident on motorway in Islamabad on Thursday.

The injured were shifted to CMH Rawalpindi. Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan expressed profound grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives in the accident.

The minister expressed sympathies with the bereaved families and prayed for the recovery of injured personnel.

ROAD ACCIDENT IN PESHAWAR INJURES 12:

Meanwhile in Peshawar, at least 12 people were injured in multiple collisions of vehicles on Thursday.

Rescue officials said that three vehicles collided with each other at Kohat Road in Badaber area of Peshawar.

As a result of collision, 12 people travelling in the three vehicles sustained injuries and were shifted to hospital for treatment.

The police impounded all three vehicles and after registering a case into the incident started an investigation.
