Commerce Minister Khurram Dastgir Khan has said the government has made unprecedented achievements during the last three and half years, which are not being digested by the opposition.
In an interview with Radio Pakistan, he enumerated government’s gains in the eradication of terrorism, overcoming energy shortage, and introducing reforms in the economic sector.
The Minister said opponents are trying to disrupt political and economic stability and improved law and order situation in the country for political mileage.
He said now they are staging dramas of sit-ins and protests to avert their political death in the next general elections as people would certainly vote for PML-N.
He said investors from China, Holland, Turkey, France, and other countries are coming to invest in Pakistan, which is a reflection of their trust on government’s prudent economic policies.
The Minister said the government has provided the enabling environment to do business in Pakistan, which will help attract more investments to the country in future.
