Awami Mulsim League  leader Sheikh Rashid Tuesday (today) said that his party won’t accept any commission and they want Supreme Court to probe in the Panama Leaks case throughout.

Speaking to the press after court was adjourned, AML leader Sheikh Rashid said his party wants “to get a decision from this five-judge bench” instead of having a commission investigate the Panama leaks.

Rashid, after consulting with PTI leader Imran Khan at Bani Gala, said, “Our decision is that we will opt for the existing bench to deliver justice instead of a judicial commission.”

Earlier, Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed has also filed a petition in the SC demanding a commission be formed to investigate the allegations surfacing after the Panama Papers leaks.

The petitioners are also seeking disqualification of the prime minister and his close family members for their alleged investment in offshore companies.
