Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Tuesday said the Supreme Court should form on Panama Leaks case.
Addressing the media outside the SC, the defence minister said, “We will submit our stance within two hours.”

Furthermore, while talking to reporters, after the top court adjourned proceedings Khawaja Asif said: “Now the judiciary has taken up the matter, there is no logic in agitation on streets.”
“Both the accused and accuser are standing before the court so I think the nation should be given relief from the agony of this protest,” he said.
He added that the government has “complete faith in the judiciary”.
“Within two hours, we will submit our reply in court after consulting with our leadership,” Asif added.

Former Attorney-General Salman Aslam Butt is representing Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Maryam Nawaz, Ishaq Dar and Capt Safdar in the case.
The court, however, adjourned the hearing till 1 pm today of the Panamagate case calling for disqualification of the prime minister and his close family members for their alleged investment in offshore companies.
