PTI worker succumbs to wounds after clashes in Swabi

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protesters and federal police clash outside PTI’s Chief Imran Khan’s Bani Gala residence on Tuesday.

According to reports, the protesters are objecting against the illegal arrests of PTI workers.

Meanwhile, a protester succumbed to his wounds in the wake of heavy tear gas being shelled at them in Swabi as police clashed with protesters.

Peshawar Nazim Mohammad Asim Khan confirmed that party worker Inamullah, president of Pehtal UC 39, had passed away.

Workers describe Inamullah as a young and passionate PTI worker who was at the front of the convoy clashing with police.

PTI workers allege that Inamullah was not treated in time owing to a delay in ambulances moving to the sit-in.

The protesters are chanting anti-government slogans outside the PTI chief’s residence
