Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaf (PTI) provincial leader and lawyer said the November 02 protest is aimed at breaking the current status quo and bringing the whole system under transparency.

Speaking at a press conference at the Peshawar press club, Pir Fida Advocate said that it was need of the hour to eliminate the current malpractices from government institutions otherwise institutions would go further towards destruction.

“Everyone has the democratic and constitutional right to stage protest demonstration and raise voice for their valid rights but the federal government has violated the constitution and tortured PTI workers” he alleged.

He added that Prime Minister Main Nawaz Sharif could arrange a public gathering in every part of the country yet deprived other citizens from exercising similar rights.

“If politicians are sincere with Pakistan then why don’t they return their assets to their country” Mr Fida asked and said that the PTI chairman Imran Khan has given a call to the nation to eradicate the current status quo and rid the country of the existing corrupt system.

He appealed to workers of all political and religious parties to support the sit-in and help put the current Pakistani system on the right track.
