Almost 280,000 Afghan refugees have been repatriated from Pakistan under the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) repatriation programme this year.
Besides cash assistance from UNHCR, the returning refugees are also being provided free accommodation in Nangarhar and Wardak provinces.
