Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah on Saturday decided that the implementation of his earlier order for the closure of wedding halls by 10pm should be postponed till Feb 1.
Earlier in October, the Sindh government had decided to ensure strict implementation of its decisions, seeking closure of marriage halls by 10pm.
The chief minister met with Industrial Minister Manzoor Wassan and was informed that the orders for early closure of the weddings halls cannot be implemented from Nov 1 as the halls have been booked till January 1.
The Sindh government has also ordered that no more three dishes would be served in marriage functions.
