On the directions of Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) continued its operation against the commercial use of residential areas and sealed another 10 houses in posh sectors.
The offices that have been sealed include: IT office in house 103, Street 66 F-11/4, Hostel in house 236, Street 18, F10-2, Guest houses in house 1 Street 28 F6-1, house 42, Street 36, F-6/1, house 18, Street 30, F-6/1, house 279 street 03, G-8/2, house 568, street 78, G-8/1, house 213, Street 67, G-8/1, house 65 street 56, G-9/4, house 236, Street 18 in F-10/2. Above offices were sealed on 26th of October.
Control Section Director Building Shafi Marwat, when contacted, said that the operation against the commercial use of residential houses would continue and the authority would soon submit the report to Supreme Court in this regard.
