Rangers conducted a targeted operation in Baldia Ittehad Town on Wednesday.
On intelligence reports about the presence of terrorists of a banned outfit in the area, the rangers conducted a raid.
The militants opened fire on Rangers personnel and in retaliatory firing of the police, all three terrorist were killed. In exchange of fire, two Rangers personnel received injuries. Rangers recovered arms from the possession of the terrorists.
The bodies were shifted to the Civil Hospital Karachi for autopsy.
