Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU) has decided to open its libraries at 44 regional offices all over the country seven days a week from 8 am to 7 pm for general public in order to promote books reading habit.
The AIOU is in a process of upgrading its libraries’ network through smart use of new technology. The libraries are also connected to HEC’s digital library.
The students/members of these libraries will also have the facility of scanned copy of text books and other study material.
