The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) crew members will receive a brand new and über-polished look by January 2017.
Under the initiative taken by PIA Chairman Azam Saigol and CEO Bernd Hildenbrand, Director Customer and Premier Service Tabassum Qadir has been given the task to carry a series of ongoing “grooming makeover.”
Initial sessions were held for four days at various PIA’s training centres in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, under the expert tutelage of style veteran Tariq Amin and his team.
Tariq Amin is a pioneer of the Pakistani fashion industry with over 30 years experience in the field of hair, make-up and grooming, having won several local and international awards in the field.
Grooming sessions, incorporating 25-50 crew members per sitting, will be held bi-monthly at different PIA’s training centres.
During these sessions an assessment of crew’s present grooming skills in hair and makeup will be done, besides tutoring them on basic skin, hair and nails grooming and a deconstruction in order to reveal their new look.
