Naval chief urges int’l community to play role in resolving Kashmir dispute

A passing-out parade held on Saturday in the Pakistan Military’s Kakul Academy for 35th graduate course of cadets from brother countries.

Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah was the chief guest of the event where 26 cadets from Saudi Arabia and Libya were awarded degrees.

Addressing on the occasion, the naval chief reiterated his commitment to root out terrorism and militancy.

He said that Zarb-e-Azb operation in tribal areas of Pakistan is near conclusion.

He said that history was marked with sacrifices of the armed forces.

“Pakistan army is the most professional army in the world. It was rendered enormous sacrifices to eradicate terrorism and militancy,” he said.

While addressing the ceremony, the naval chief highlighted the Kashmir issue and Indian atrocities, urging the international community to play a role for resolution of the dispute.

“Pakistan is fully capable of defending its sovereignty and territorial integrity with full might and at all cost,” he affirmed.
