Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Prime Minister Raja Farooq Haider has dubbed the Indian claim of conducting surgical strikes inside AJK as laughable, saying that it was impossible that the Indian army could intrude three kilometres inside AJK.

Addressing a press conference in Islamabad, Raja Farooq Haider said that the surgical strike claim was a gimmick by Modi’s government just to boost the morale of their army.

He said that though the Indian Army claimed to be a professional entity, but the statements made by its general made it a laughing stock. He said that it was not possible that the Indian army intruded some three kilometres into AJK.

“Had this been the case, then the AJK would have been occupied by the Indian army,” he explained.

He strongly refuted the Indian Army’s claim. He said that Director General Military Operations of Indian Army was not aware of the borders and the locations.

He said that the Kashmiris movement for self-determination was their indigenous movement.

He took a jibe at PTI Chairman Imran Khan, saying that it would have positive impacts had those marching on Raiwind would have marched towards Wagah border.
