Saudi prince meets Turkish PM to hold talks on Syria, IS

Saudi Crown Prince Mohammad bin Nayef arrived in Turkey on a two-day visit.

After reaching Ankara, the prince met Turkish Prime Minister Binali Yildirim.

Both the leaders exchanged views on bilateral relations, the situation in Yemen and Syria, regional affairs, relations with Iran and war against Islamic State (IS).

The prince will meet Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan today.

This is the first visit of Prince Nayef in Turkey after the failed military coup of President Erdogan.
