Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif has convened a meeting of the Federal Cabinet on Friday in Islamabad  to have a consultation on giving a befitting reply to Indian aggression.

The cabinet meeting will be briefed about border security, army preparations and foreign affairs in view of the postponement of SAARC conference.

PM Nawaz will also take the cabinet into confidence over his US visit and the steps formulated for national defence.

Strongly condemning the aggression of Indian forces along the Line of Control, he said Pakistan can thwart any evil design to undermine the sovereignty of Pakistan.

PM warned that Pakistan’s intent for peaceful neighbourhood should not be mistaken as its weakness.
