Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) Thursday (today) resorted to unprovoked firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Bhimber, Kel and Lipa sectors.
According to the reports, Pakistani troops mounted a fitting response to unprovoked Indian firing in Battal, Saribandala, Nowkot Leepa valley and Doodniyal areas along the LoC. The exchange of fire began after midnight and continued till 8:00 am, ISPR reported.
At least two Army men were killed as Indian and Pakistani troops exchanged fire, ISPR reported.
Mortar shells were also fired by Indian forces during LoC violation.
Pakistani security forces returned fire at the Indian forces.

However, Pakistan Army personnel gave the befitting reply to the aggression, silencing the Indian guns.
Indian forces made a village and its surrounding areas the target of their shelling.
“Pakistani troops befittingly responded to Indian unprovoked firing on the LoC in Bhimber, Hotspring Kel and Lipa sectors,” the statement said.
Condemning the ceasefire violation, AJK Legislative Assembly Speaker Shah Ghulam Qadir said, “We still prefer to settle all issues through dialogue, including Kashmir. But, if India thinks it can pressurise us through ceasefire violations, it is living in a fool’s paradise.”
The latest incident of cross-border firing comes as tensions simmer between Pakistan and India over the Kashmir issue, days after India accused Pakistan of involvement in the Uri army base attack in India-held Kashmir ─ an allegation that Pakistan has rejected.
Despite a 2003 border ceasefire agreement signed by both countries, cross-border firing along the working boundary is intermittent with both parties frequently accusing the other of breaching it.
Tensions between the two nuclear-armed nations have been on the rise, ever since the Uri attack took place in India, which claimed the lives of 17 soldiers. India, without a proper investigation into the attack, blamed Pakistan for having a hand in the terrorist attack. Pakistan vehemently denied accusations and instead, took the issue of India’s human rights violations to the United Nations General Assembly.

Whenever Nawaz Sharif becomes PM there is always war between India and Pakistan, last time it was Kargil, now what? It would be good if the Army takes over Pakistan and drive that fellow out to Dubai or somewhere.
Giving a piece of paper to Indian High Commissioner is not enough, if Indians have killed 7 of our soldiers we should kill 14 of Indians too. Kick the Indian Diplomats out of Pakistan and at the same time Pakistani forces should NOW launch a full scale retaliation against India, shoot and bomb everything and everyone that comes in the way!
