Actor Irrfan has had a successful stint in Bollywood and has taken his talent to the next level by bagging some Hollywood projects as well. However, the actor feels doing films in the West has been an added advantage yet his home is where his heart belongs to.

“My people are here (India) and so are my stories. Today, small and unconventional films are redefining cinema in India and I’m happy to be part of this brave and new world. Hollywood is just a bonus,” says Irrfan, who will soon share screen space with actor Tom Hanks in an upcoming Hollywood project.

The 49-year-old actor, who has been part of Bollywood films such as Paan Singh Tomar (2012), The Lunchbox (2013) and Piku (2015), reveals that he has got plenty of opportunities to relocate to the US, but he doesn’t wish to do so.

“I keep getting interesting offers. If I was younger, I might have thought of relocating to a different country but I never really felt like leaving India,” he adds.
