Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Sindh chapter President Dr Arif Alvi has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his government has pushed the people of Pakistan against the wall and now they are going to knock the door of Pakistani people on September 30 to raise voice along with them against mega corruption in the country.

Addressing a crowded press conference at the Insaf House last evening, he said, “We knocked the doors of all institutions, including parliament, judiciary and NAB against the corruption of the sitting rulers but in vain.”

He said the rulers have looted and plundered the wealth of the people of Pakistan and “we would raise this issue in the Raiwand march on September 30 that would be attended by the people from all parts of Pakistan.”

He said that PTI is left with no option but to march against the rulers, and people of Karachi and entire Sindh would participate in this march. He said billions of rupees sent outside the country by the rulers belonged to the poor people of this country.

He said, “We went to the parliament, but they delayed the matter. We went to the public accounts committee and they also did not cooperate. We went to the NAB chairman and he said they would take action on media reports.”

He demanded to sack the NAB chairman for his irresponsible attitude.

On the occasion, PTI Sindh Senior Vice President Haleem Adil Shiekh, Firdous Shamim Naqvi, Sardar Aziz, MPA Khurram Sher Zaman, Dua Zubair and other PTI leaders were also present.
