An application has been filed to the Supreme Court of Pakistan by the Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid to order Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s disqualification.
Having witnessed failure in his earlier attempts with Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and the office of National Assembly Speaker, Sheikh Rashid moved the apex court to institute a commission on Panama Leaks and stop Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif from functioning forthwith.
The petition of the AML chief seeks as respondents PM Sharif, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), National Accountability Bureau (NAB), and Secretary Law.
