The Lahore High Court granted the custody of a seven-year-old girl to her mother on Tuesday (today).
The minor started crying and screaming when the court granted her custody to mother from the father.
According to reports, the court gave a verdict in the favour of woman Sughran who filed a case against husband Ashraf for forcefully kicking her out of his house.
During the hearing, Ashraf adopted a stance that his wife willingly left the house.
Meanwhile, the girl refused to go with mother and started weeping in the court after which the police personnel interrupted and sent Bisma with her mother.
