One may agree or not but it is somewhat good to follow the political parties and their leaders as to what they are doing and saying about the issues and problems faced by the people at large.
Pakistan Tehrik-e-Insaaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has put himself in some difficult position by announcing march to Raiwind apparently for putting pressure on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to offer himself for accountability in the context of Panama Papers Leaks which are shaking national politics since May 2016 rather in an unpleasdant manner and in the wrong direction as the national leadership is fast deviating from already set national priorities mainly being the National Action Plan to say the least.
After the announcing the march to Raiwind, PTI leadership in general and Imran Khan in particular are facing problem of political isolation as no opposition political or religious party is ready to join PTI’s March to Raiwind.
In this regard, PML (QA) President Ch Shujat Hussain has more than once said on different occasions during last few days that politics or no politics, one should not to to anyone’s house for protest as this is not good as other forums are available for protesting against the prime minister. He had also said that he will talk to Imran Khan in this regard but no details are available whether he did so or not.
Veteran politician Ch Shujat Hussain is known for making brief, brisk and meaningful and objective statements on national issues and problems from time to time.Imran Khan shopuld heed to the timely advice given by Ch Shujat Hussain and other opposition leaders and refrain from his announced march to Raiwind and avoid further political isolation which is not good for a national political leader like him.
