A session court Saturday (today) directed to confiscate properties of retired Gen Pervez Musharraf in relation to the Abdul Rasheed Ghazi murder case.
The court also ordered that surety bonds of Nazir Ahmed and Jan Mohammad, who bailed out Musharraf be confiscated.
The court has declared the former dictator a proclaimed offender for being absent from court hearings.
